The Matchbox Moving Parts Series is a series of models that incorporate opening components such as doors, trunk, hood, etc. In 2023 the series will include 54 models. Starting in 2023, all models are made with recycled zinc and made in Thailand. 1. Please be able to do Unboxing Video (Package Opening), Product Receipt Photo, Receipt Photo and Buyer Label when the package has been successfully received so that if there is Damage, Product / Gift Deficiency, or Product Nonconformity received can be validated through the completeness and can only be received a maximum of 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the goods. 2. If there is none or only has one of the stated completeness, then any form of incoming complaint cannot be followed up or is considered invalid. *except: there is indeed an error from the Seller's side 3. Damage to the packaging only on the outside (the inside is intact, the product has no damage / shortage, etc.) due to poor handling of the package from the Expedition Service. It is hoped that the Buyer can make a complaint directly to the Expedition Service. 4. Damage to the main product packaging cannot be returned if the product is not damaged
