Benteng SH soy sauce is a soy sauce product from the city of Tangerang produced by Firma Sehat. The company was founded by the late LO Tjit Siong. Now it is managed by his successor who is the son of dr. alm. LO Tjit Siong is Latief Sutarjadi. Benteng SH soy sauce is still produced traditionally, made from natural ingredients, namely coconut sugar, black soybean juice, salt, water, and spices, namely Pedeaf, cinnamon and coriander.
