Description: THE USE OF THIS DRUG MUST BE ACCORDING TO THE DOCTOR'S INSTRUCTIONS. Contains Levofloxacin which can be used for the treatment of acute maxillary sinusitis, acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis, nosocomial pneumonia and pneumonia of the community, skin infections and skin structures with complications, chronic bacteric prostatitis, urinary tract infections/urinary tract infections (including pyelonephritis) Composition: Each caplet contains levofloxacin hemyhydrate 500 mg Dose: THE RULES OF USE MUST BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCTOR'S INSTRUCTIONS. Therapy for acute bacterial sinusitis: 500 mg 1 time daily for 10-14 days. Therapy of acute bronchitis and pyelonephritis (kidney infection): 500 mg once daily for 7-10 days. Therapy for pnemumonia (lung cancer) and skin infections: 500 mg 1 time daily for 7-14 days. Therapy of simplex urinary tract infections (uncomplicated): 250 mg once daily for 3 days. While the treatment of complex urinary tract infections: 500 mg once a day for 7-14 days. Therapy for prostatitis (infection of the prostate area): 500 mg once daily for 28 days. Anthrax therapy and prevention: 500 mg 1 time daily for 8 weeks. Indication: Used for the treatment of acute maxillary sinusitis, acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis, nosocomial pneumonia and pneumonia of the community, skin infections and skin structures with complications, chronic bactrial prostatitis, urinary tract infections/urinary tract infections (including pyelonephritis) Special Attention: Renal insufficiency, avoid excessive exposure to sunlight, DM, patients with known or suspected CNS disorders that can trigger seizures or have a lower seizure threshold, toxic convulsions & psychosis, pseudomembranous colitis.
