Our organic Jarrah honey is collected from the lush Jarrah forest, just southwest of Perth near the town of Lesley, Western Australia.Flowering only every two years, the cream-coloured Jarrah blossom produces a dark yellow honey that is rich in lower glucose levels than other honey varieties, with a deep and complex flavour. Like all of our honey products, our Jarrah Honey has a very high Total Activity rating, making it not only rich in flavor but also antimicrobial qualities. WHAT IS TOTAL ACTIVITY? Total Activity is a measurement of the anti-microbial quality of honey, the anti-microbial power in killing bacteria.
